Kurt-Ove Åhs has a higher diploma in Management and Business Development and an Engineering degree within Electrical and process development from Sweden.

He has a broad experience from international industrial companies. Before joining Boliden as Group HR Director, Kurt-Ove gathered 15 years of experience in international Hydro Power Business within management, marketing, sales, and project design. He has more than 20 years of Executive HR Director experience from international industrial companies in Sweden, Nordics, and Northwest Europe.
