9.20- CEO of Finavia Kimmo Mäki  talks about aviation and gives us a look to the future.

Finavia is a Finnish airport company that enables smooth international flight connections through its national airport network. Finavia is a leader in sustainable development in both Finland and the aviation industry. We are speeding up the sustainability efforts of the entire air traffic sector. The three cornerstones of our sustainability programme are: the well-being of people, sustainable air traffic, and good governance and finances. We understand that, as an airport company, we are not able to solve the climate challenges of the entire aviation industry. However, we want to do all we can across the air traffic value chain for a more sustainable world.

9.45 AM - Vocalist of Iron Maiden and entrepreneur Bruce Dickinson talks about creativity, innovation and entrepreneursip. 

What´s the path from rockstar to businessman? The key elements of good leadership and green travel solutions. Hybrid Air Vehicles and its Airlander 10 model could help reduce carbon emissions and improve connections. The aircraft can travel at 80mph and carry up to 10 tonnes of freight or about 100 passengers. The company is working on a version where all engines are electric and which it expects to produce zero emissions. We hear about his investments, innovations, Airships and ofcourse Iron Maiden.

1.50 PM - Naomy will be speaking about Kenya’s economic situation, in view of how Nordic businesses could have profitable and long term business relations in Kenya, and at the same time be notable contributors to creating growth and fostering trade relations in a socially and environmentally sustainable manner. 

2.05 PM - CEO & Entreprepreneur Lauri Salovaara will lead us to an inspirational journey, "Emotions lead to action". 

Lauri Salovaara is an entrepreneur, professional presenter and media all-rounder. He is one of the most experienced and beloved performers in the country. His situational awareness is in a class of its own. He is often praised for bringing edge to an occasion when it needs it and entertainment when it's time. Lauri is also been behind the idea and execution of events such as Give Your Child a Dress Up Day, Tiernashow & Dinner, Valentine's Day Elderly Dances and the Santa Claus World Championships.

Ukraine has a great deal of natural resources, especially large gas reserves and lithium. Ukraine has a lot of cooperation and business potential also for the SME sector, manufacturing and a strong IT sector. The overall picture promises enormous investment opportunities and positive development for Ukraine.

3.25 PM - Stefan will talk about leading in change. Describe the SkiStar development from a company, focused on alpine skiing to a year around business, all supported by digitalization and sustainable development.

Stefan joined SkiStar in March 2020 and led the company throughout the pandemic. He has an extensive leadership background were he spent 14 years within IKEA as Commercial Manager, and part of Group Management, Managing Director at IKEA Canada, Business Area Manager at IKEA of Sweden etc.

Before joining IKEA , Stefan has been working for companies with strong brands in the fast moving goods business as example OLW, Weibulls , Marabou and Malaco He is known as a visible, hands on leader, always with the customer and co workers in focus.

Elisabet Lahti is an awarded educator, international speaker, and the founder of SISU LAB that guides leaders to think deeply about excellence and build on their innate capacity for virtuous fortitude. With lineage and roots in Finnish Ostrobothnia and South Karelia, she has sought to live her life as testimony to sisu, a Finnish quality of deep determination and fortitude in the face of adversity.
